1. Agreement to Terms

By using the website www.jtrmover-services.com or booking any service with JTR Enterprises LLC (dba JTR Mover Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

JTR Mover Services provides residential and commercial moving, packing, furniture assembly, junk removal, driveway seal coating, power washing, and short-term storage services in Worcester County, MA and surrounding areas. The specific scope of each move is confirmed in the booking confirmation sent to you by email.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from JTR Mover Services via email. Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates and subject to change based on the actual scope of work. Your move date is reserved upon receipt of the deposit or written confirmation from our team.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards (processed securely via Stripe), cash, and electronic bank transfer. A deposit may be required to hold your move date. Deposits are applied toward your final balance.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 48+ hours notice: Full deposit refund or free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% deposit forfeited; free reschedule permitted once.
• Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Full deposit forfeited. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a move due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid or a complimentary reschedule.

6. Your Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth move, you agree to:

• Disclose all items requiring special handling (antiques, pianos, safes, artwork, fragile items) at the time of booking.
• Ensure adequate parking access at both origin and destination addresses.
• Secure or remove valuables, cash, jewelry, and important documents before the move.
• Ensure all boxes are properly packed and sealed before the crew arrives (unless packing service is booked).
• Be present or have an authorized representative present at both locations.

7. Liability & Insurance

JTR Enterprises LLC (USDOT #3181297) carries general liability and cargo insurance on every move. Our standard liability coverage is $0.60 per pound per item as required by federal law for interstate moves. For additional coverage, we recommend purchasing a third-party moving insurance policy.

We are not liable for damage to items that were not disclosed at booking, items packed by the customer in unsuitable containers, pre-existing damage, or items of extraordinary value (jewelry, currency, collectibles) not declared in advance.

8. Claims

Any damage or loss claims must be reported in writing to info@jtrmover-services.com within 5 business days of your move date. Claims submitted after this window may not be honored. We will investigate all claims in good faith and respond within 10 business days.

9. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, propane tanks, ammunition, illegal substances, or perishable foods. Discovery of prohibited items will result in immediate cancellation of the move without refund.

10. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Worcester County, Massachusetts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
